How it works with Connexions

ServiceLink adds value to Connexions appraisal reports by providing important information about flood risk, regulatory compliance, insurance requirements, and marketability factors, enhancing the accuracy and completeness of appraisal reports. They allow appraisers, buyers, and lenders to assess the potential impact of floods on the property's value, as well as make informed decisions regarding its purchase, financing, and insurance coverage. When a Life of Loan Determination Product is added to any order, Connexions sends the order to ServiceLink. When ServiceLink has the Flood Certificate, it will be retrieved by Connexions and placed in the order.
